Glencore agrees to $116 mln solar plant deal with Pele Green Energy, Bloomberg reports

Nov 28 (Reuters) – Glencore’s South African ferroalloys division and its joint venture partner Merafe Resources signed a deal with Pele Green Energy to develop a 2.1 billion rand ($116 million) utility-scale renewable energy plant, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.
