The use of online shopping for fast-moving consumer goods has grown by up to five years in about six months. That’s according to Ailsa Wingfield, Executive Director of the Global Intelligence Unit at Nielsen Global Connect. Wingfield further states that new users, frequency and preference have also skyrocketed. She joins CNBC Africa’s Kenneth Igbomor for more.
