AfDB: Agriculture value-chain projects needed to help strengthen food security

Atsuko Toda, the African Development Bank’s Acting Vice President for Agriculture, Human and Social Development says the AfDB has been promoting a series of agriculture value-chain projects that are important to help food security and focus on a number of key commodities are really important to help smallholder farmers commercialise and move towards agriculture as a business.
