The Abdul Samad Rabiu Africa Initiative and Kwara State Government, have jointly announced the construction of what will be the largest oncology and diagnostic centre in West Africa. Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State says the initiative is aimed at reversing medical tourism in Nigeria.
