The U.S Federal Reserve will hold a two-day meeting this week. Some analysts say while they do not expect major policy changes, they will be paying close attention to comments by U.S Fed Chairman, Jerome Powell especially on tapering bond purchases. Fitch ratings earlier warned that some of the world’s poorest countries were exposed to the risk of another taper tantrum as higher bond yields in the U.S could lead to a higher cost of Emerging Market borrowing.
