EU Chief observer speaks to Nigeria’s 2023 election

The European Union's Chief Election Observer, Barry Andrews says Nigeria's 2023 election should reflect the choices made by Nigerians. In a chat with CNBC Africa, Andrew says the mission will issue a final report on the election by May and it will reflect recommendations and observations from the election.
