KAMPALA, Oct 1 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling posted gains on Tuesday, helped by dollar inflows from non-governmental organisations, traders said.
At 0915 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,663/3,673, stronger than Monday’s closing rate of 3,682/3,692.
