KAMPALA, Sept 25 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling posted gains against the dollar on Wednesday, on the back of some foreign exchange inflows from non-governmental organisations (NGOs), traders said.
At 0913 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,688/3,698, compared to Tuesday’s close of 3,695/3,705.
