KAMPALA, Aug 30 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was flat on Friday, due to low dollar supply and demand, traders said.

At 1036 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,710/3,720, the same level as Thursday’s closing rate.
