KAMPALA, July 22 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was flat on Monday, drawing some support from subdued importer demand for dollars, traders said.

At 0900 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,690/3,700, unchanged from Friday’s closing rate.
