KAMPALA, Oct 28 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling traded flat on Monday, on the back of a general slump in appetite for hard currency across both importers and players in the interbank market, traders said.

At 0846 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,660/3,670, same level as Friday’s close.
