KAMPALA, Nov 7 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling traded flat on Thursday, although hard currency demand from energy importers was seen pressurising the local unit, traders said.

At 0830 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,675/3,685, same level as Wednesday’s close.
