KAMPALA, July 30 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was little-changed on Tuesday, although it was forecast to strengthen due to a slowdown in importer demand for dollars, traders said.

At 0929 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,716/3,726, compared with Monday’s closing rate of 3,720/3,730.
