KAMPALA, Sept 11 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was stable on Wednesday, supported by muted demand for dollars as some players held onto their local currency to meet pending mid-month tax payments, traders said.
At 0933 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,710/3,720, same level as Tuesday’s close.
