KAMPALA, July 31 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was barely changed on Wednesday, with some end-month dollar inflows from charities offering some support, traders said.

At 1050 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,716/3,726, compared with Tuesday’s closing rate of 3,717/3,727.
