KAMPALA, Oct 29 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was unchanged on Tuesday, with some inflows of hard currency from non-governmental organisations (NGOs) providing support to the local unit, traders said.

At 0936 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,660/3,670, same level as Monday’s close.
