KAMPALA, Sept 13 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was broadly stable on Friday with a slight bias on the stronger side, driven by scant appetite for hard currency, traders said.

At 0923 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,710/3,720, little-changed from Thursday’s close of 3,712/3,722.
