KAMPALA, Aug 29 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling UGX= was little-changed on Thursday, with some inflows of dollars from offshore investors who participated in this week’s Treasury auction giving support, traders said.

At 1046 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,710/3,720, compared with Wednesday’s closing rate of 3,712/3,722.
