KAMPALA, Oct 15 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was steady on Tuesday, and was forecast to ease due to demand for dollars from commercial banks, traders said.

At 0811 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,660/3,670, compared with Monday’s closing rate of 3,657/3,667.
