KAMPALA, Sept 10 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was a notch firmer on Tuesday, with appetite for hard currency muted across both commercial banks and merchandise importers, traders said.

At 0930 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,710/3,720, compared to Monday’s close of 3,714/3,724.
