KAMPALA, Oct 14 (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling traded flat on Monday, with hard currency appetite muted across merchandise importers and on the interbank market, traders said.

At 1030 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,660/3,670, same level as Friday’s close.
