Rwanda-Uganda relations: How are they affecting Monetary Policy and markets in Rwanda?

There has been numerous headlines coming out of the country this week. The Presidents of Rwanda and Uganda on Wednesday signed an agreement in Angola to restore relations between the two neighbouring countries.
