WEF’s Gomez on the need make the energy transition process more resilient to disruptions

In this year’s World Economic Forum Energy Report, it has been illustrated that there is positive direction in the global energy transition. 92 out of 115 countries have increased their aggregate score over the past 10 years. However, only 13 countries have made steady gains in the past decade, highlighting uneven progress. South Africa ranks 110 out of 115 countries.
