The Steinhoff scandal 4 years on: Lessons learned?

Its been four years since the Steinhoff fraud debacle - which exposed weakness in South Africa's once highly regarded corporate governance framework. The expose of Steinhoff's accounting scandal was followed by other corporate governance failures including EOH, Tongaat Hulette and more recently Delta Property. To discuss whether we've seen improvements in corporate governance in South Africa, CNBC Africa spoke with Mervyn King, Chair of the King Committee on Corporate Governance in South Africa.
