Telkom CEO breaks down half-year earnings, remains optimistic about spectrum resolution

South Africa's mobile and fixed-line operator Telkom reported a jump 30 per cent in headline earnings for first half of the fiscal year, even as revenue growth remained flat. The mobile service division however saw revenue climb by 13 per cent, through a 18.8 per cent increase in customer base. Sipho Maseko, Outgoing CEO, Telkom joins CNBC Africa for more.
