Safaricom announces solid half-year results, reaffirms commitment to Ethiopia

Safaricom PLC yesterday released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30th September 2021 with net profit for the period, rising by 12.1 per cent to Ksh37 billion compared to Ksh33.1 billion posted in a similar period last year. CNBC Africa spoke with the CEO of Safaricom PLC, Peter Ndegwa, for more.
