How Rwanda plans to position itself as a space industry hub

This week, Rwanda Space Agency participated for the first time in the global celebration of World Space Week to honor significant milestones in space history and applaud innovations within the space sector that position Rwanda as a future regional space tech hub. The space economy is globally valued at $469 billion but Africa taps into only about $19 billion. CNBC Africa's Fiona Muthoni spoke to Rwanda's Minister of ICT and Innovation, Paula Ingabire for more.
