Coker: Outlook for data centre build in Lagos is strong

The CEO of Open Access Data Centres, Ayotunde Coker believes that the outlook for data centre build in Lagos is strong and is emerging as the next key mega hub outside of South Africa. He says this year will see multiple megawatt hyperscale ready data centre launches, and Africa will need more than 700 data centres in the long run to fully benefit from the growing segment and ensure its digital sovereignty.
