<p>Oil prices plunged over 1.7 per cent earlier today, continuing from losses of over three percent from Friday. The month of May recorded the biggest monthly loss in 6 months, as brent currently trades at 60 dollars and 96 cents.</p>

<p>Dwindling oil prices, supply glut from U.S crude production amongst others are some of the reasons industry experts believe will lead to a production cut decision at the OPEC meeting which kicks off in Vienna today. <p>Shoreline Natural Resources recently announced a new $530 million-dollar financing in the Nigerian upstream sector. The company plans to use the funds to refinance its existing debt, enable additional investment in the further development of OML30.</p>
