<p>Altron has released its annual results and the company has reported an 18 per cent drop in headline earnings per share for the year ended February 2021. <p>Spear REIT’s distributable income per share slumped 19.94 per cent for the year ended February. This is from the prior comparable period. This as the lack of economic activity due to Covid-19 negatively impacted the real estate sector. The Western-Cape focused property investment company has cut its dividend for the first time since it listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
