This comes as the country increased by an annualized 4.6per cent in the first quarter of this year and business confidence also on the up. <p>G-7 countries reached a historic deal on global tax reform this week. Under the agreement, G-7 nations will back a global minimum corporate tax of at least 15 per cent. <p>Vukile Property Fund has been the star performer on the JSE today, with that stock currently up 9 per cent. The company reported a 17per cent increase in headline earnings for the year ended March. This is compared to the prior comparable period. <p>Illovo Sugar South Africa initiated a project to develop up to 3 000 hectares of small-scale grower cane land. This is on the Kwa-Zulu Natal South Coast. In partnership with National Treasury through the Jobs Fund, this has lead to the creation of over 1 100 new jobs and the training of more than 1 600 people.
