<p>Vantage Capital say they are at advanced stages of raising their fourth Mezzanine Fund with a target of between $300 million to $400 million. The Africa-focused fund manager with over one billion dollars in funds raised since 2006 has investments across countries like South Africa, Nigeria, Cote d’ Ivoire and Ghana. Tsogo sun has reported headline loss of 63.5 cents but has also managed to reduce debt by R183 million. The company and many others in the hospitality industry are among those hardest hit by Covid-19. It says it’s clear that the recovery of the hospitality industry will be long and slow.
