<p>One of the most promising COVID-19 vaccine trials has been halted; after one of its U.K participants developed a “potentially unexplained illness”. The vaccine was developed by the University of Oxford in partnership with AstraZeneca, and is currently being trialled in South Africa, Brazil, the UK and the US. It referred to black women’s hair as damaged, dry and dull; with white women’s hair described as was fine, flat and normal. Clicks has since removed the advert and apologized. <p>Ratings agency Fitch has downgraded Angola’s long-term foreign currency issuer with no outlook assigned. The ratings agency sited that the large increase in government debt and reduced external financing as reasons for the downgrade.
