CAIRO, July 15 (Reuters) – A Comorian-flagged oil tanker was capsized 25 nautical miles southeast of Oman’s Ras Madrakah in Duqm port town, Omani state news agency ONA reported on Monday, citing Oman’s Maritime Security Centre.
