South African food producer RCL Foods posts 31% jump in annual profit

JOHANNESBURG, Sept 2(Reuters) – South African food producer RCL Foods posted a 31% jump in full-year profit on Monday.

The company said its headline earnings per share from continuing operations – a profit measure – jumped to 121.6 cents for the year ended June 30, up from 92.8 posted one year earlier.
