IMF Executive Board approves arrangement for Sierra Leone for $248.5 mln access

WASHINGTON, Oct 31 (Reuters) – The International Monetary Fund Executive Board approved a 38-month arrangement on Thursday for Sierra Leone for access of $248.5 million and an immediate disbursement of $46.6 million, the IMF said in a statement.
