Second vessel with wheat for Egypt’s GASC leaves Russia

CAIRO, Dec 20 (Reuters) – A second shipment of 54,000 metric tons of Russian wheat out of the 430,000 that Egypt bought in September left the port of Novorossiysk on Friday, sources and LSEG shipping data showed.

Russia’s agricultural watchdog confirmed it had issued all the necessary phytosanitary certificates for the wheat shipment. (Reporting by Mohamed Ezz, Olga Popova, Gleb Stolyarov)
