<p>For 60 years, Pop-Tarts has endured wars, natural disasters, health-conscious movements and recessions. Kellogg&#8217;s — which split into Kellanova, for snacks, and W.K. Kellogg’s, for its cereal business, in October — saw Pop-Tarts bring in $1 billion in sales in 2022. Kellanova&#8217;s top five snacking brands, Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Eggo and Rice Krispies Treats, account for 50% of the company&#8217;s net sales. While competitors such as Quaker, Nabisco and General Mills have attempted to contend with the beloved toaster pastry, none of those efforts has lasted. On Dec. 28, 2023, for the first time, college football teams will compete in the Pop-Tarts Bowl, where the winning team will receive a giant, edible Pop-Tarts mascot.</p>

<p>American CEOs are leaving their posts in record numbers in 2023.</p>
<p>While the &quot;Great Resignation&quot; may be over, it&#8217;s just beginning for CEOs, according to research by Challenger, Gray and Christmas. The firm found that more than 1,500 CEOs have left their posts so far in 2023, marking the highest number of departures since Challenger began tracking the data in 2002.</p>
<p>&quot;There are at least four reasons why we&#8217;ve seen an uptick in CEO turnover over the past few months,&quot; said Alexander Kirss, senior principal of research at Gartner. &quot;Those would be delayed CEO retirement, CEO burnout, concerns about CEO underperformance. And then finally, high-performing CEOs who are taking this opportunity to level up to a more attractive opportunity.&quot;</p>

Budget airlines in Europe include EasyJet, Ryanair and Wizz Air, while Asia is served by players such as AirAsia and IndiGo. Some of South America’s low budget airlines include JetSmart, GOL and Wingo.</p>
<p>One way that these airlines keep costs down is by limiting their amenities to the bare minimum. Think no internet or seatback entertainment. They tend to entice travelers with low base fares and then charge for add-ons such as seat selection, food and luggage, all of which will frequently add up to more than the fare itself.</p>
